Delightful accommodation, quaint gardens and decor. Apart from our very comfortable room we particularly liked the kitchen facilities and the great outdoor barbecue area. Everything we needed was on hand and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will definitely return!
Quite liked the nautical theme Easy access to the kitchen
Please carpet the rooms above the cabin rooms - all i heard was people walking and dropping things on the wood floor to 1:30 in morning Access gate should be installed, countless people late at might walking past the cabins talking full volume needk Less to say i got no sleep while staying at the admiral :-(
atmosphere design layout of nautical theme heart of the town use of cooking facilities home from home feeling friendly cat :-)
Close proximity to the town centre of Margaret River.
Just a bit difficult to find when you first get there, and the reception for Admiral Stirling was hard to work out where it was when we first arrived.
Character filled accomodation, beautiful warm local timbers used in the buildings and furniture, nautical theme throughout, making for a very unique style of accomodation
We enjoyed the "Theme" aspect of the facilities and the idea of the communal kitchen and BBQ area. The cleaning was rather poor, but otherwise a fabulous place that we are more than happy to recommend and revisit ourselves. Thank you
shared kitchen facilities and outdoor area. great concept in hotel accommodation. funky and unique decor.
Small room, small bed, small wardrobe , doors opened wrong way to block verandah.
Absolute value for money in a quirky, elegant unique Inn
It was an individual hotel lovingly created by its owner whose passion showed in the product. If a guest wants an identikit anonymous hotel with the latest gimmicks, this is not for them. For us it was a great and friendly place to stay and relax in and we plan to return.
Car parking can be a bit tight at times when the hotel is close to full.
staff, setting, location, facilities,
The gardens are lovely. The close proximity to shops and restaurants. Lovely restaurant next door. Close to bush walk along the river.
When I booked I did not realise we had two separate rooms and that they were upstairs as we are a mature couple the stairs were a bit of a problem. It was quite noisy with the traffic and trucks going down the lane.Parking was a problem if you returned to the Inn late.
The adaptability of the staff. The was a mix up with the booking. I had booked two rooms however they only received notification on one booking until the day. The staff were able to accommodate our request, however it ment one party having to move each night of our three night stay. Staff were more than friendly and obliging.
Cosy ambient, very homely
We had a 4 bedroom apartment on 2 floors which was great. It could sleep 8 easily. Everything you need is provided, super kitchen, tv everywhere, nice and cosy, balcony seating. This is a great place for a family to spend a long weekend. Just walk into town....
It had a lovely cosy feel about it. Rooms were clean. Walking distance to town. TVs could have been a little bigger and maybe on the wall and the hot water was a little scarce for a couple of showers. All in all I would definantly stay again. Loved the idea of the Engine Room even though we didnt use it this stay. Thankyou for your hospitality
No hot water a couple of times TVs a little small
